Yes, it's true. Revenge of Knight is reigning over RTS League's Age of Empires II: The Conquerors Clan League for 6 seasons now. Not even New Chapter could, well, start a new chapter in the history of RTSL.
On their way to the title, RVK proved to be as strong as expected, not losing a played game until the final battles, and the games they lost through other means, those were convincingly revenged in the quarterfinal rematch. Therefore it is only fitting that the lone clan to steal a game from them was the top opponent waiting atop the mountain, nC.
The second finalists' way to the medal was a bit more challenging, though in its progress, they did not find their betters, either. Both clans they tied with in the Group Stage could not stand against their concentrated might in the Playoffs and had to fall to their knees, swearing fealty to their betters. Only such commanding performances can take you to the final clash, only the most dedicated clans can make it to the top.
And so all things considered, with 1 lost game only, the gold banner for the 33rd RTSL's AoC Champions cannot go to another hands than:
And their respectable opponents receive the silver mantle:

The third place banners go to the semifinalists, CZ Clan and clan noboru:
Congratulations to the top finishing clans and thanks to all the clans that competed this season!
