I was watching the Tyrant B-KGB games earlier today and noticed something extremely questionable in the second LN game from the KGB side. There was a drop at the 23 minute mark, at which point Goku, playing as Chinese, was in the pocket position and had a 100% boom build (market+bs+1-2 vils on gold) but as soon as the game is restored, he immediately drops a barracks even though as far as the KGB players had vision of all the Tyrant players were fully walled... take away the FOW, though, and Fire was wide opened with an unwallable map.
There was no scouting information gained in the few seconds that passed between the restore point and his decision to drop the barracks (in fact, the only reason it wasn't immediate was because he was waiting for 175 wood), so the only logical conclusion I can come to is that someone on the KGB side viewed the record and told Goku to add Kts because Fire was opened. I checked the record numerous times to see if there was some plausible explanation as to why he would choose to add Kts at that exact moment given what KGB could ascertain through the FOW, but came up with nothing...
Here's a couple of SS's to illustrate what I'm talking about:

After the Drop http://postimg.org/image/i6wh1hmcv/
He then proceeds to send his knights pretty much directly to F1re, even without any scouting information on him or anyone on KGB's side having any scouting info regarding whether or not F1re was walled (in which case the kts would've been a total waste and way too risky to invest so much in).
I've spoken to a few very experienced players about this and they pretty much can't come up with any other scenario than someone on KGB watching the record prior to the restore and relaying the information to Goku... I don't take accusing people of cheating lightly, and I wouldn't have if I didn't think there was sufficient evidence to do so in this case.
Note: Stark also X'ed for Goku (without vision) where it was opened for Goku to send his Knights. Maybe there's a plausible explanation for all of this, I just haven't been able to come up with one.
I attached the game before the drop and the continuation afterwards so you guys can see for yourselves exactly what I'm talking about.
