Hey,
I recently started playing Age of Empires II DE. I usually play with a few buddies against each other or AI. We then go for random civ picks. While we like that the game gives you that option and it helps you grow playing different civilizations, there are some issues we have with the system.
Sometimes, we need to cancel a game (someone disconnects or has to leave unexpectedly etc.). Naturally, we would want to include the civ we just played in the random pool again, which is not possible. Also, some folks dislike certain civs which they would like to completely exclude.
Alas, I built this tool: https://aoe-rcs.com/
This website allows you to exclude certain civs and pick one at random. It will also remember the previous civ picks and exclude them from the random generator. (While allowing you to include any civ you like again.)
It saves all your picks and your configuration in your browser. No data abvout your picks ever leaves your browser.
I might open source the code at some point (it's already on my private github), but I thought I post the site here collecting some feedback!

Update: Due to the feedback I have received, there is now a dedicated domain with HTTPS support.
