Depends on what quality of streaming that you want :D you'll definitely find a lot of people on here have really good opinions on what you need for aoe streaming. Do you have any ideas as to what your price range/quality of streams you want is? :D
Run your prospective CPU through that. A score of 9-10k+ will allow for close to the best quality possible at 1080p. If you want to be more economical, streaming in 864p is still a viable option for good quality given a CPU that scores in the region of 6k+.
Nowadays, anything quad core or more will handle streaming just fine
Save some cash by not getting the K version (intel), if you don't plan on overclocking
Make sure the socket type is the same on the mobo
Get ddr4 ram, 8 gb is fine
You can avoid a gpu all together if you are only gonna play aoc
Calculate what psu you need on this http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/
Make sure to get a decent quality one, don't cheep out here, and get a little extra wattage for upgrades down the road, gpu ie
Reuse whatever harddrive you have already and get an ssd for your main boot drive
To help you further feanor i used https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/ to help me choose my parts and it also does a compatibility check for you to make sure it all works! :D
CPU= The more cores the better, stay away from icore5 a quad core has no place in 2017, the icore 7 6700 is strong enough, you don't need the k series unless you want to OC it.
GPU= You are going to need at least one of entry level, if you try to stream with HD integrated graphics you are not going to feel the game smooth also the open GL for integrated graphics isn't great, gor for a RX 460 or GTX 1050 Ti, i'd go for the 460 or 470 since it offers more Shaders than nvidia and shaders help a lot to stream games without affecting the frame rate.
RAM 8-12 gb is enough specially if it is DDR4
PSU- any psu is going to do the job as long as it has more than 30 Amperes and 6 pin or 8 pin pci e connectors.
