Losing 2 vills in the Dark Age isn't bad luck, it's his own fault. Might as well call any loss of something you want to keep in this game bad luck then. Bad luck those 10 rams destroyed the TC, damn.
Lying about trapped sheep is low, very low in my opinion. Ask for save for the real reason, or play on with the challenge you created for yourself. Or just resign if you don't think you have any chance. It's just a couple of points, and that's the exact reason why most would save if you mess up your dark age that bad.

Well, i would love if wolf dont attack the villager that docks but i wont remove wolfs so i accept that that **** can happen. May not be the best analogy, but if ur keyboard dies while playing it ain't bad luck either, because u could had done something to prevent it. But its an accident. Thats why i consider losing a vill an accident (althought i had saved vills just by pure skill, for example building paladize that most players wouldnt be able of doing it). A game decided by 2 dead vills to boars is just boring.
I not consider an accident a hall in the wall for example or if u go rush and ur attacked by 4 wolfs, because thats a variable related to that decision, i dont even consider bad luck a bad map, it is a variable. Luring a boar aint a decision, is a must. Yeah, people lose vills 99% by mistake, but its like a very random mistake thats why most players have almost a same losing vills ratio. So maybe u can consider it a variable, and i think as a variable it aint interesting.
I know is hard to explain and defend my point and my english skills not help. Maybe im a bit emotional about it, but i explained why i dont like boars killing vills (or at least so easy) and i think winning someone that lost 2 vills aint a win

I see your point but i still don't understand where and why it comes into matter here. The player had chance to neither agreed nor disagree that winning against someone with -2 vills is boring. He saved a game because he was asked to and he saved a game because he found trapped sheep a reasonable ground for saving. I believe practically everybody here agrees that a game decided by 2 dead vills is not challenging. But the issue is all about lying and hiding the truth and not about why Kaos lost 2 vills.Funito said:i think winning someone that lost 2 vills aint a win
Well next you will say that a docking villager rightly died to a wolf because building a dock is a variable decision. But docking on a water map with tons of fish is a must as much as luring a boar. I would even say docking > boar in many situations. Facing 4 wolfs in one spot on your way is unlucky indeed but still avoidable with proper scouting. Luring a boar downhill with no loom is 100% a variable decision.Funito said:I not consider an accident a hall in the wall for example or if u go rush and ur attacked by 4 wolfs, because thats a variable related to that decision, i dont even consider bad luck a bad map, it is a variable. Back to real rate kaos <3.Well i know kaos perfectly and yesterday he was totally out of his mind because he falled from 1930 to 1715
Except that this is not 16xx level, more like 18xx.I also think at the level this guys play at that it hardly is deciding for the match at all, 16xx players lose units to everything all the time
Its not about kaos. What i say is crying about not winning some easy points is lame, i can admit kaos is more lame on this, but in the other's guy place i would had say, poor dude he lost 2 vills. Sure maybe kaos should had ask with the real question or just rage quit instead. You still make it sound like he lost 2 vills and OP didn't save. What happened is Kaos is big fat liar and OP is nice guy, he manipulated OP into saving for false reasons. Whether losing vils to boar is luck or not is not really relevant for this topic, its about being a gentleman and getting screwed over for being one. Kaos is not the victim here, and since losing vils to boars happen to everyone it balances out. What is far worse, and more luck based is losing scout, I see no one saving for that reason either, because that too essentially is the players own fault.
And I'm not sure what makes losing vil to boar luck? You might not like that boars kill villagers which is perfectly fine, but honestly, villagers move speed is constant, boar movement speed is constant, you have information about distance, elevations, obstacles, lagg right there, there are no random factors left to boar hunting (except huge lagg spikes just when you are hitting the boar).
I also think at the level this guys play at that it hardly is deciding for the match at all, 16xx players lose units to everything all the time, throughout the game there are so many things that don't go the way you planned for it.
