patch 137.9 - the game still bugs and lags like **** ... but we will release more DLC´s soon stay tuned
Even though i'm still irritated that they added a "known bugs" list again, fix the **** bugs then release the patch ffs 11
In what regard are they trying to bring the game to modern standards? Please englighten me.Yeah they worked out a lot, still plenty to go but the most critical should be resolved. It looks like they are working on the FPS network traffic being coupled. I don't know if you could possibly do it, but if they do succeed it will be huge. What some people don't understand is they are trying to bring the game up to modern standards where they can. It's a lot more work to work with an old game like that rather than writing a new one with new standards. I'm pretty amazed at how they've been able to modify the game to the extent they have.
Funny thing in 4.1, duplicate random civs appearing every match xD I played last night with 2 viking and 2 japs(4v4). That I know is a bug because it happens every game but I wouldn't mind if duplicates happened once and awhile.
When people make software they test it to make sure there are no known bugs then release it.
By your logic if they released the free update of windows10 with loads of known bugs and people just had to deal with it and wait, i'm sure they would be happy to do that, don't you agree mr software expert?

I don't think you seem to know anything at all then I guess. When people make software they test it to make sure there are no known bugs then release it. They patch it when people report issues yes? What part of that process do you find so hard to understand. Knowing about issues and releasing faulty patches is stupid unless this is just a temporary fix for the worst of the errors which they also released a known bugs list for patch 4.0 too. By your logic if they released the free update of windows10 with loads of known bugs and people just had to deal with it and wait, i'm sure they would be happy to do that, don't you agree mr software expert?
... for some reason you guys find it acceptable after 2 years. If the known issues weren't such serious bugs and still the constant lag that is in the game then it wouldn't be as important.
So they "rebuilt the structure" ok, it didn't work well before and it doesn't now. Unless they show improvement pretty soon its still the same problem. Surely if they "rebuilt the structure" it should be better than what it was before, yes its a first time release and there will always be hiccups but the latest patches show that they didn't even test it properly.
The difference that the known issues for other software shouldn't make it un-usable. The state that they left ao hd in is unplayable which is inexcusable but for some reason you guys find it acceptable after 2 years. If the known issues weren't such serious bugs and still the constant lag that is in the game then it wouldn't be as important.
But you realize it takes some time to rebuild it? It can't be perfect out of the gate and I think the guys supporting it(including me) see the potential of the work being done. We are also excited to see the amount of activity and time being invested in it. I get the whole point about testing before releasing it's a valid point. I work in IT and I can't tell you how many times a piece of equipment will work ok in the office/lab but once it's in the customer environment it doesn't go right. I've been in the situation so I understand how it is to be in hot water with a customer. That's why I'm not so upset as some people because I can relate. I also see responsiveness and solutions being put forth so I'm more in the camp of ok we have an issue, let's get through it and work together.
I'm not. I seriously just don't know.I started writing up a list but I think you are just being smug and unserious.
