In this 1vs1 Random Map Noob Tournament, every participant (16 slots in total) will have to play five matches (13-15 games in total). The first two matches take place in the Seeding Stage, where the opponents meet in Bo3s. Depending on which of the two matches are won or lost in the Seeding Stage, the participants enter one of four leagues (Militia League, Man at Arms League, Swordsman League, Champion League). Every league consists of four contestants and is played in a Round Robin format. NAoC 3 will have four winners. NAoC is played on Voobly.

FREEDOM of MAP Principle
For any game at any stage any map can be played. But both players have to agree. As soon as one player doesn't agree, the map of the respective game has to be according to the match settings below. The set maps are exclusively standard maps. Players can also decide to play a map in Regicide or Deathmatch mode under the conditions of this principle. The random civs setting is indisputable for this tournament and hence not touched by the principle.

Best of 3, Random Civilizations (not Team Random), Homemaps have to be Standard Maps.

*Random Land Map contains: Arabia, Ghostlake, Highland, Mongolia, Oasis, Yucatan.
**Blind Random contains: all Standard Maps except Arena, Fortress, Nomad.
Restarts
NAoC3 is a tournament without restarts. Even so called bugged maps have to be played.
Streaming & Spectating
All NAoC3 games are open for spectators, including any streamer at any time. Participants agree to this condition when signing up.
Interviews
Signed-up players agree to participate in AoCZone News interwievs if requested. (Example)
Substitution System
Seeding Stage: If for Seeding Stage Round 2 players have to be replaced, a poll will be created including signed-up players who seem to be equally or nearly as week as the strongest paricipants.
League Stage: No new players can enter the tournament. If a player can't play anymore/doesn't schedule, then the other members of the respective league can call a challenge. If no challenge is called, an Admin Win (3:0) will be given. If a challenge is called, the challenging player can make sure his opponent won't gather any points, but the challenger can not win any points for himself. If two challenges are called, the challenger will be chosen randomly.
