Basically stealing boar is a huge disadvantage in a lot of cases, and even more so with hunting dogs.
There is a new flag for RMS in 1.1 that allows us to minimize the impact. It works in AoFE too
it should make for more balanced/competitive games.
There was a suggestion by CSA_Holtzclaw to increase it to 3 boar with 225 food each (instead of 2 boar with 340). This way stealing would provide only double boarmeat instead of triple
For simplicity + additional fairness I just split each boar (340 food) into two (180 food each). This works for maps with odd numbers of boar too, and it's even fairer in the stealing case (5:3 instead of 2:1)
The 20 extra res should roughly balance the extra luring/killing time. The exact number can be tweaked
