Zetnus and I will host a 1v1 tournament on the most recent version of the popular HyperRandom map.


If you have never played HyperRandom, maybe you like the ranked map pool’s MegaRandom or remember 2016’s Masters of MegaRandom. HyperRandom generates layouts that seem similar to standard maps, but does so totally at random. There is no pack of maps that are chosen from; rather many different parameters are varied.

The double elimination stage (top 16) will start on January 10 2022.
All previous rounds will be single elimination, starting on December 13 2021. This means there will be 4 weeks to play, accounting for holidays in late December-early January, but the exact amount of rounds (1, 2 or 3) will depend on the number of sign-ups, which is not limited.

The prize pool currently is at $650.

Great Tournament, was very fun to watch, it should have MS budget support.

 

Enjoyed watching the finals. A worthy winner and another silver medal for a great player who keeps finding himself there.
