Hi guys! I'm proud to present the third edition of the biggest
Age of Empires II tournament of the spanish speaking community

In order for you to Sign-Up you have to be Spanish-Speaking! There will be not only Money-Prizepool but also a lot of cool stuff you can get at your home, just by participating!

After King of Americas I (300 U$D) and King of Americas II (1000 U$D) I'm very happy to announce 3.000 U$D from multiple sponsors! You can check them all out in the Rules & Settings

In this edition, Home Maps will also have a spice! You also will have to choose between Conquerors and American Civs!

Why don't you ask for MS Sponsorship? I was going to make it open for international players and tried talking with Nili, there was sadly no interest with this TimeLine. Let's hope we can work something out in the future

I think it’s fine to make tournament with certain rules (such as you have to speak spanish). But very weird to invite two players who doesnt speak spanish.

How far do you need to go to win prizes? And I assume they will be made and shipped in South or Latin America, right?

For 9-16 every one gets A cool Beer cup.
For 17-32 everyone gets one of this Mates.
For 33-64 There's a ~50% chance you get a mate
For 65-128 There's a ~12% chance you get a mate.

For 33-64 and 65-128 there will be random raffles!
Every winner will have it shipped it to his home, free of charge, to any part of latin america or Spain!

There are some "invited players" and some "Registered Players".
Invited Players have no strict rule.

Of course if we had a major company funding the tourney this wouldnt be the case! But since it's (for now) it's a fan/home sponsored project, and they gave me some liberty to host this, I wouldn't mind adding some people that would add hype to the tournament. So there are a few cases where it might seem strange. Hoang is the perfect example, he is a community favourite and everyone in spanish speaking community loves him. So i invited him because of this, which is really subjective.

IF next edition is sponsored by a company who asks for 100% fairness, then we would have open sign ups for everyone, or make no exceptions for non-speakers.

Thanks to Microsoft funds coordinator Nili for not giving a single dollaro to this. Goob job by him as per usual

I would assume if you can speak (and write?) Spanish decently. I think most Brazilians understand Spanish quite well.
But similar could be said about Portuguese and Italians, so maybe you can do an interview with the admins.

There is now a theory that MS is holding back aoe2 until aoe4 might recover some of their player loss after n4c and golden league, hence they are releasing only small and meaningful patches, no road map, no dlc announcement to prevent hype and poor to 0 funding for aoe2 events.

I don't think this is true.

Anyways, may I ask politely for these type of discussions to happen in other topics? I would prefer that the image of the tournament is not mixed with these kind of topics, if that's ok!
