I understand lag is usually not the fault of the individual, but am wondering if china's consistent lag during the nation's cup is working to their advantage. We are not talking about a little lag... we're talking about a severe few seconds lag and frequent dropping of games.
Most games in nations cup have relatively little lag except for those against china where the lag can be huge. This means most teams are used to playing without lag whereas china is used to playing with it. This means in all games played vs china, china will be playing in a situation more advantageous to themselves because they are playing in conditions they are thoroughly adapted to.
The lag is so bad it makes games arguably unplayable. Hardly something experts or passionate fans want to experience during a high quality tournament such as Nation's Cup. I understand lag is not usually the fault of the individual, but I believe it is their responsibility and perhaps players who lag/drop frequently should sit out of the games and let a team member from the bench sit in.
Also been wondering if perhaps a blind eye is being turned to this situation where the lag has caused games to drag on to ridiculous lengths usually at the opponents detriment (because it's the early hours of the morning or are ahead in the game when it suddenly starts to lag). Hugely important games such as the quarter final canada vs china a, and semi finals brazil b vs china have caused games to carry on to the early-mid hours of the following morning for the opponents. I understand the sponsor is doing a fantastic thing!! Big ups and respect for the donation. Thank you. However, one might notice that he is China A's sponsor and makes one wonder why even though china a's lag has led to zero disadvantage for them and only disadvantage for their opponents, nothing has been done (such as removing the lagging player from the games).
