A big part of migration is the challenge of low resources at start and possibly hard to find sheep/deer. That is what makes migration fun imo, who manages to do best under those circumstances. I don't think migra should be changed in any way at all!
Arabia shouldnt have lakes within a certain radius of TC. Within that radius, compensate water with wood.
Give more equality to deer and forest on ara, ie make them more equally balanced for both players.

you would be right if 'those circumstances' were similar for everyone, except the reality is that one guy finds sheep at 2 seconds and other at 2 minutes because of luck, not skill
have you ever seen people rage that a map is too fair? compare that with the opposite
if you want more people to actually take some of these maps seriously (and therefore maybe actually play them), they can't stay the way they are
