When I heard about an upgraded camel for AoFE, I got excited. From my experience camels are rarely used unless you're Turks or Mongols and repeatedly lose to paladins because, well you don't have any halbs. I don't know the historical significance behind giving the Indians the best stable camels in the game, but why not extend it to other camel civs?
Of course, not every camel civ will get the Imperial Camel (Byz or Saracens, for example). Think of the Heavy Camel as a Cavalier, and the Imp. Camel as a Paladin. Since not every civ has Paladins, it should be easy enough to balance who gets the upgrade and who doesn't, right? I don't know, I'm just really sad that the Imperial Camel is an Unique Unit since you can build it in the stable. Would be nice to see a civ like Turks finally get a real cavalry counter (sans Cataphracts).
