I'm wondering what people like and especially liked most from AoC. Like, what did you enjoy most the first few months you ever played the game and how that passion changed over the years. (it would be quite helpful, thx )
For me it started out with the good old campaigns, leading Joan of Arc with a broken French army around the Burgundian castles. It took me hours and hours, but I loved it. Then I started to get into scenario design. Not the high quality stuff but scenarios for family and friends who would play the game too. Like, I would make my brother a sheep and myself Genghis Khan. 8-)
I also messed around a bit in single player mode, but other than dark age DM I never really did.
How about you?
