Step 1: Deactivate whisper messages
Click on "Settings" and "Options" (alternatively just hit Alt+P).
Select the "Whisper" tab on the left, then check "Deny everyone" to be safe or adjust settings when using "Use individual settings in contacts, else deny". Then hit "Apply" or "OK"
Step 2: Deactivate the poke notification
Go to your settings again (Alt+P) and select the "Notifications" tab on the left.
Click the drop down menu called "Other" and uncheck the first box saying "Received poke"
Then click on "Apply" or "OK"
Step 3: Block users who have already left the TS
When someone has just harrassed you but he already left the server you can still block him in case he comes back.
Simply select the server log tab on the lower left of your teamspeak client.
Click on the evil guy's name and choose "Add as Blocked" from the appearing menu.
Blocked users can be edited by clicking on "Tools", then "Contacts" (alternatively hit CTRL+Shift+O).
Select the person's name on the left side and edit their attributes on the right side. You can choose if this person can poke you, chat with you, whisper to you and many other things. Keep the general setting on "Blocked" to deny any action of said person.
