As you have probably observed yourself on some streams like voobly or memb when you want to talk on the chat about the game, you hardly can, because the chat window is full of bets and bots messages.
I have searched on google a method to hide commands like "!bets" and bots messages from the chat, i have tested and it's seems it's working ok.
1) to hide all !commands messages, i have used the script from here: https://github.com/jpgohlke/twitch-chat-filter
I use Firefox.
-first i installed the Greasemonkey extension for Firefox
-restart Firefox
-install the JS script
-restart Firefox
-open the twitch live stream
-click on the settings icons on the bottom of the twitch chat
-seems new options to hide some type of messages appeared
-check those options you want from the Hide field
-the !bets and all other commands are gone (if they are not gone try to restart Firefox)
2) to hide the bots from chat simple leftclick on their name, and click the "ignore icon" or use command "/ignore botname"
to unignore a bot use command "/unignore botname"

now the chat is clean and you can talk with other peoples
