I don't know if the claims about Alperen helping Ertug are true. I would have to assume they are, considering he has not bothered to defend himself against them and is just hoping we will ignore/forget about them.
That being said, I have something to add to this drama, because the claims of DracKeN being racist towards Turkish people are not unfounded. In JonSlow's discord server he went on a rant about Turkish players (something along the lines of "how is it that every Turkish player seems to be toxic or a lamer or a civ picker or a cheater or all of the above, there must be something wrong in their brains"). JonSlow himself had to step in and delete DracKeN's messages because they were racist. JonSlow, however, still allows DracKeN in CL, and claimed "if you were a regular viewer and not DracKeN you would be banned". And while I was discussing DracKeN's messages (where I partially defended him but did also call out the racist sentiment), JonSlow deleted my messages too and told us to stop talking about it. Special treatment.
DracKeN and Alperen having drama between each other reflects just as badly on DracKeN as it does on Alperen. There have been no apologies. As far as I know DracKeN has never apologized for the racist undertones in his remarks towards the Turkish playerbase, and it seems Alperen does not feel bad for being unpleasant in a few cases too (not to mention the accusations of helping Ertug cheat, or cheating himself). Unfortunately all the clowns simply accept DracKeN for who he is, because he is the highest rated CL player. I'm disappointed to see Rmcoo and Darknoob here contributing to the same toxicity against Alperen. This is just tribal arena-clown vs arabia-pleb bullshit. I left the "clown community" for this reason, despite coming to love arena.
Don't take sides here. DracKeN and Alperen are being toxic towards each other because they are both shitty people. The community deserves better.

Since you quoted me in here I feel obliged to answer. I didn't take Drackens side because he's CL member or if its ara vs arena community. Most people know I much more often than not take side against Dracken, not in favour of him, and I get along in Arabia communities just as well (I don't ban arabia that frequently either). I only took this side here because it is my personal belief towards Alperen and his actual intentions and purposeful misdirection/flat out lies (anyone at Alperens level knows his tricks on how he plays, how he inflates his elo, how he behaves towards others etc) so I'd very much be appreciated to not be grouped in the Arena vs Arabia discussion.

Regardless yes, Dracken did go over the line, but I also share same frustrations he has

Friendly attitude? You were anything but friendly. I mean you literally told JonSlow to **** off and he told you to "be racist in your own server". The line between exaggerated salt and genuine bad attitude is breached there.
Also, trying to excuse racism underneath the "it's just a salty rant in saltmine it's not meant to be taken seriously" is a bad look. I'm not saying you actually are a genuinely racist person, but it rubs me the wrong way that you go on rants about Turkish players on discord and, sure enough, are hanging out in this thread taking the easy opportunity to roast Alperen. Makes it incredibly easy to point fingers at you.
Also, you've gotta be kidding me about TrCL? I haven't thought about that in at least a month. I never held any grudge about that or even thought twice about it after I got the message that I was declined. TrCL is a community-based clan and most of the members don't know me, and I respect that fully. It's not a big deal.
Your entire existence in this community is drama, my friend. Don't lecture me about stirring it up. You literally live in the drama pot. Your ego is through the roof, and the nicest thing I've ever seen you do is say GG WP to some opponents. I mean the entire thread about FlyLikeDjango's coaching being a scam because he isn't quite 2k? All your ridiculous rants about how you are a better player than your opponents despite losing fair and square to them?
You claim that I can am no longer welcome in clown communities (according to you), but I think it's a matter of time before you are no longer a prominent member of them in the first place, unless you stop being such an arrogant lunatic. You are an embarrassment to CL and the AoE2 community as a whole. You are the only one in the community who genuinely lives up to the title of clown. Investing thousands of dollars into events and being high rated is the only reason you have any reputation at all.
