Halp. Anne HK Mod (Idle Vil pointer)

As is tradition, something has gone horribly wrong with the update and I can't get Anne_HK -Better Resource Panel and Idle Villager Icon to work.

I had it downloaded/subscribed. I tried unsubscribing, redownloading. Great! Let's relaunch the game to load it. When I close the game and re-load, the mod is gone, poof! I don't know what to do.

Uncheck all mods
Make Anne_HK idle vil the top mod
Restart Game
If idle vil mod works -> Re-add mods until you figure out which one broke it
If idle vil mod doesn't work -> Re-install game
