I will confirm for Sunday 16 GMT but we will have to play with a substitute player.... I doubt we will finish the games in 2 hours.
We cant finish the games on Monday-Friday since most of our players work till 19 GMT, so try to be there early on Sunday so we can try to finish the games.

yeah we said that on monday, ever thought about that not all of our players are waiting with making their plans for the weekend until u answer like 2-3 days later? in the last 391 tournament games VNS never could play after 15gmt...
and now u chose a time we can maybe finish 2 or 3 games out of maybe 5. we wont be able to schedule during the week with that time difference and next weekend we will have the next matches, maybe even two since one team can still qualify. so please tell your team to come earlier on sunday and play these games in time this weekend; what about 10/11/12 gmt starting time?

Admins please look at this, we dont accept a delay to the next weekend; we cant play 12-13 games on 2 days next weekend. if this gets delayed, we need a delay for other matches too. we can offer the whole sunday for playing these 3-5 games, please come some hours earlier VNS.
