So, I've had surgery on my leg and been recovering for last 2 weeks. During that time I have been contemplating my whole Aoe2 life And been doing tests of my mental state for how well I play. For example getting 12hrs sleep, then see how it effects my play vs 6-8hrs of sleep. Or taking caffeine too see how it effects me.(Works)
My Conclusion?
Theres a multiple things that can effect your play. Exercise, I always play a little better after getting exercise(running, sports) and so I googled it! Heres evidence .And deficient in vitamans/minerals/other, So I've had memory problems since I was like 10. Always had a hard time Forming sentences and story's or if I got nervous I forgot how to form couple words, I mean it has improved a lot, but Ever since I Started taking supplements it has totally changed me from the time I was like 10years old that is. Getting Good amount of sleep is pretty obvious, I don't I need to say anything about that except for having a good routine and schedule on sleep is just important as getting good sleep.
And lastly being nervous it can make you play bad. But don't let it control you. Being nervous can make you not think just do or make you shaky, I'm describing me lol. Theres even breathing exercise's you can do to help your nervousness lol.

Also I'm saying It shows that People who are top in aoe2 most likely are very Healthy(meaning brains/body funtion normaly) and all above.
