If atleast there were 6 games you could of post a pic of abs with 6pacs title!
Le impossible! There's only 1 storm with a 6 pack although Sorck is quickly catching up!

You are god damn right. Jouko Ahola, eternal bulk for the win.
skinny guys with no muscle who think they are strong is even worse.Theres weight divisions in most sports for a reason. And of course if we are talking "fat" powerlifters, most guys include a dynamic(60% of max lifted FAST )squat dead and bench into their training. You are god damn right. Jouko Ahola, eternal bulk for the win.
fat guys always think they are strongest, sad

lol as well because all the big squatters have thick midsections. Its what happens with heavy loads.Guts get bigger lol. However its silly to generalise that fat looking people cant be athletic.Man ,grow up playing contact sport to realise that 11.
Sorry to jack the thread.

Well, not necessarily, look at british Tomas Martin - skinny guy with a 360kg deadlift. Its just that setting a 6-pack as your goal seems highly gay-ish to me, but reaching an 800lbs squat (visible abs or not), now thats something to live for
btw. Jokke Ahola was nowhere near a fat guy, he was just as lean as a man should be and thanks to his training videos I learnt many awesome tips on performing the atlas stones or super yoke competition.
Martins a freak of nature. And wasnt Ahoula the smallest guy to ever win?At a mere 129 kg or something.11fat guys always think they are strongest, sadYou are god damn right. Jouko Ahola, eternal bulk for the win.

This is true, but also gets you divorced a lot too.GL with alimony 11.Just kidding what you do requires dedication and its obvious u can lift as well.Just not as much as me 11.oink oink.Setting a 6-pack as your goal is perfectly fine...its what most men crave for tbh...going to the gym is generally something to make you feel better about yourself, give yourself more confidence etc and its mostly not for other guys but for the female of the species and like i always say, a guy with a 6-pack and regular arms/chest will get more attention off the ladies than a guy with a belly and a big chest/arms, certainly in most countries ive visited anyway
595??Equipped or raw?.Easily the biggest squat here.**** my life.Yep, I know what you mean and I know many guys like you who work out just for the ladies and to feel better, live healthier etc. I totally adore it, Im sick of the today's population just sitting all the day and eating crap all life long.
We've all got something to aim for, I want to compete in strongman champions league someday, you want to get laid every night 11. Both are way to go!
800lbs squat... Raw and uneqquiped? I'd say it would propably be several dozens ppl around the world, I myself stopped at 595lbs two years ago due to knee injury, but Im still young and I might still do it Deadlift first 11
btw.: Im not fat nor ripped either, I do care about that and dont want to be in a pig form. I rarely go higher than cca 15% bodyfat, but Im the only one in our powerlifting gym crew 111
-1i see, you strong man StrongMan!
Hell yeah, Ahola was the lightest (and shortest too, same as gerrit bandenhorst) and still managed to win, that was thanks to his strongman specific training, he trained the particular events all year long and brought his technique near to perfection.
Dreaaams, go and interview him for me, thanks xD
I like what this topic turned into! Lets move to offtopic 11
gerry: I only believe in raw powerlifting, I hate the equipment, especially benching shirts :O (I find that only ppl who like equipment are those who use it
