File type icons

In appreciation for the UserPatch v1.4 file type association and double-click auto recorded game loading, here`s a basic set of icons for "Age of Empires II" file types

First row shows the Win7 auto generated (pixelated) icon (upon choosing AoC as designated application for opening .mgx files), while the others are made by me, MGX (aoc icon), MGZ (aoc icon with a red arrow) and MGL (aok icon, and I know that double-click is not working for AoK games, but whatever :D).

This is just the most basic version, and we can always make new ones Of course, all suggestions and ideas are more than welcome.

Nice! But kind of inconsistent in Win8+ since it now always uses the app's icon by itself. The white-blank-list icon is no longer used for usermade associations. I think they probably ditched it for having a too small icon in the center :P
Anyway, maybe I can come up with a whitelist-free icons soon

I also have an idea about the context menu. Since vista we can easily add Icons to the context menu entries so that could be used for "Playback" or other recorded game options for example
