Sure, there is such a thing as truly random. At fundamental level, QM is truly random.
If you are referring to pseudo randomness of computer generated random numbers (unless you use webservice from http://www.random.org), yes...the randomness is not truly random and yet it would be VERY hard to determine the next number in the pattern (since you have to find both the algo that generated the pseudo-random number and the initial seed) needing several millions of samples to process. So, practically speaking those numbers are random enough.
