Keep going with the compounds and build a foundation. As a beginner your whole body is a big weak point.
When you are benching 300lbs and deadlifting 500lbs you can start to worry about your forearms.

Benching that amount seems rather advanced to me haha :P Im at 30-35 kg atm, which I perform in sets of 8. It'll take me ages to reach those numbers. I dont deadlift nor squad though, my back is not built for it, i'd be cripple by the time I reach age 40.
