Your only solution to this phenomenon is allowing the GPU to scale the game. Nvidia has this feature only in Win 7, whereas ATI/AMD should have it for XP and Win 7 if I am not wrong.hi guys ,i dont know why but when the game starts it takes like 7 seconds to appear my screen, and i was watching streams and their screen just appear at 0 sec.... anyone know why that ? thx

Since there is no support from MS, I am afraid we won't see a permanent fix.

EDIT: I figured it out, and works! No more screen delay! But, what other stuff will affect it?

You need Nvidia Control panel -> Screen -> and then select "GPU" instead of "Screen" in Scale adjustment option
