A nerf on the INITIAL FIRE DELAY is a direct nerf on the hit and run ability, forcing the unit to stop for 0.5 seconds instead of 0.4. Do you even understand that im not talking about fire rate here? With the increase in xbow up cost, knight moving abt 1.5% slower, turks getting +5% gold bonus, do you really think leaving janissary with no nerf is a good idea? Janissaries massacre most units if they can be got out without early damage.
2. The speed inc on m@a is 5%. Countering m@a is still the same: make a few walls around ur miningcamp, lumber, get 4-5 archers out. How is this going to make m@a OP if they can't kill the archers anyway? And guess what? After u counter m@a properly goth needs to wall which is now more expensive.
