EDIT: The TC+1 range for teuts is removed, edited topic to reflect the current status.
I had given Teuton TC +1 Range in my second last update of balance patch (which I removed). One 15xx rated guy had commented on the patch that it would make the Teuton TC rush unbeatable. However, I don't see this happening because you can counter a Teuton TC attack (with +1 range) the exact same way as you counter the persian TC attack IMO. Here is how I explained to him:
EDIT: Any thoughts on how to counter the TC attack of Persians btw? (Now that I don't have the Teuton change)

How do you counter a Persian TC rush? You can counter the Teuton TC rush exactly the same way even if you don't spot it coming. Here is how:
1. Enemy deletes his TC and walks over to your side with 10 villagers.
2. He builds his TC near your TC and fires it with 10 villagers garrisoned (any more villagers won't add any arrows).
3. If you keep repairing your TC, you lose economically so don't repair your TC.
4. Plan your new TC spot and rebuild your TC there (make it near wood preferably).
5. Use palisade walls to block him from doing the TC attack again in your new spot.
Result: He loses the game because he lost so many resources walking all over the map and not creating villagers during this time and his new TC is also not in a good resource spot (he put it just to attack your TC).
And if you saw it coming you can easily place your palisades and houses to stop him from building TC near yours.
