Home Map Pool:

34 players have entered (24 in the first season), I will introduce the most well-known ones:
(Name; (highest reached 1v1 rating on the current ladder); [in spoiler] tournament ID)

1. Tim (2346):
Winner of "Who Decides" Season 1, for a long time China's number one, now only number 3. Master of Arabia, Finalist of the Master of MegaRandom tournament, did not appear in any bigger tournaments in 2014-15. Former RVK, CKF, now CR. Can he keep the throne and claim back the Number One?
2. SuperXue (aka pol_Jacky) (1979):
Not well-known as a 1v1 player, former CKF, but played for China B/C in the Nations Cups and a very strong Season 1. With the new contestants, how often will he play and continue to show his TG skills?
3. cl02 (aka happyhappy) (2176):
Long-time top HN 1v1 player, former CKF, now CR, impressive performance as "happyhappy" with China D in 2015's Nations Cup. He has shown that he can play very well in different teams and under all circumstances. Will he rise to an even higher level?
4. vivi (2248):
SY or CR? China A or B? The Dragon remains unpredictable. Is it better for his team to use him in a 1v1 or is he in the shape to be top 8 in Season 2 too?
5. IamOK (2328):
Before the rise of Mr. Yo and high of LoveCheng, 2-3 years ago, he was China's 1v1 number 2 behind Tim and consistent top 10 on the RM 1v1 ladder. He played both for China B, SY, CKF and CR in the big TG tournaments. After a break, he came back for Season 1. Will he find a spot in China's top team again?
6. _XD_xiaofan (2204):
Neither CKF nor SY, just China D in 2015's Nations Cup. Otherwise more known as a diversified 1v1 player, on Arabia, MegaRandom or Arena. In 2016 he is back to top shape and one of the top players on Voobly China. Can he keep his shape and improve his teamplay in Season 2?
7. Whoop (2172):
Before 2015's Nations Cup not known that well to the broad international audience, since he never was a 2k2 player, only known for playing countless 1v1s, mainly on Arabia, sometimes MegaRandom, FullRandom or Arena. But with China D he gained a little fame and even more in 2016's Arabia 1v1 Invitational, faring impressively well against Chris, _DauT_, BacT and Lojza. How valuable is his recent experience on the highest level for his team?
8. XiaoK (2203):
Some years ago, known as _EMA_XiaoK - playing with geoffrey and other well-known oldschool players, he already played on 2k2+ level, but during the last 3 years or more he was away or invisible. A few months ago, he came back and rose to a top player on Voobly China on a new account. How much can he still improve under the current circumstances?
9. [CSC]X2 (???):
CSC was before my days of following competitive AoC, so I have less to say about the comeback of this old expert, who showed in Season 1, that he is not yet ready for the top of the top. Will he ever be again?
10. Eminme (2075):
Similar things as about Whoop can be said about Eminme. Probably the least-skilled member of 2015's China D. A lot of practise, but even less in tournaments. Where is his spot with the new entrants?
11. myth (2218):
4 am? 5 am? 6 am? He will beat you with Militia, he will beat you with towers, or villagers. Maybe knights, if the game is not over yet. Unique, aggressive 1v1 player, both on Arabia and other random maps. Now CR, previously China C, but as Season 1 showed, probably much more a 1v1 player than team, if it comes to the highest level? How many points can he gather in Division 1 this time?
12. ohoh (aka GEM, Ola) (1955):
China's First Lady. With her 1.9-2k rating and lots of TG experience, she played a few games in Divison 1 in the first season, but with the new entrants, she will probably just be a contestant for the top 5 in Division 2.

Season 2 no longer restrains current SY members from entering, but how well can the winners of 2014's and 2015's Nations Cups perform in random teams and without General Fengxin?
1. Mr. Yo (2594):
Undeniably China's current number one for the last 2-3 years. SY A/China A's star, 4th place in 2012's Master of Arabia and only a rise since then. 2nd place in 2015's 1v1 World Championship on the Maldives and Winner of the 2016 Arabia 1v1 Invitational. Can any other player stop the Train racing to the throne?
2. LoveCheng (aka Yinghua) (2338):
Since a long time always in China's top 5, now China's number 2, both in 1v1 and TG, though always behind either Tim or Yo. In all the recent TG tournaments with SY and China A, as well as on the Maldives, his performance was impressive. Can he maybe become the new king through being the best team player?
3. Lyx (2312):
Like Yo and LoveCheng, both previous CKF and current SY member. Famous 1v1 rush player. Last year he was in China B's team, but without Miss_Xue, James and Air_Abu, we can predict, he would be in China A/SY A now. During the last months, he stayed in the top 5 of Voobly China's RM 1v1 ladder and held the number 1 spot for some time. If everybody participates, not yet number 1, but 3, 4 or 5?
4. xiaoxiong (2174):
China A's rising star in 2015. But after that? He missed the Arabia 1v1 Invitational and we have not seen much of SY's Little Bear in the last 7 months. He has a lot to prove.
5. _PBT_Dee (aka Moonlight) (2082):
China C in 2015's Nations Cup, former CKF member and since last year more and more often SY associate. He never shone as a 1v1 player, but has showed many strong TG performances. But where is his spot without his best friend and captain?
6. geoffrey (2248):
CKF, SY, China B. In 2012, before Yo's rise, he was predicted to become China's number 2, with many years of experience, he has shown constant and solid 2k2 level performances, however, recent successes are missing. Can he even improve a strong performance for China B and reach his past level once more or is the new generation just better?
7. qiu (2116):
SY and China B/C, like SuperXue and _PBT_Dee, he is 90 % a team game player. Not at the highest level, but he as definitely a spot in the tournament, how often in Division 1?
8. Win_wu_kong (aka fangxiaoqi) (2177):
CKF, China C, the famous all-day-all-night player. Sometimes he plays 1v1s on 2k1-2k2 level, but where is his team. Can he show more than endurance?
9. _VG_KG (2013):
China C in the last Nations Cup, around 2k in 1v1 and TG, but if all players are available, probably just a Division 2 player.
10. Duck (2158):
"My name is ****". One of the best-known Chinese players, but not for his recent successes. He did not have a clan or a national team in the last 3 years. The only other player I have seen moving up and down between 1600 and 2100 in a few weeks, is noboru43. On Voobly China he might since a few months be consistently 1.9-2k, but is he 1700 or 2k+? He can only surprise.
