Hello, comrades! It’s Russia F here!
I guess you don’t know about us and why we are here so let me introduce myself. I am Grin - russian streamer and player. Almost 5 years I stream all main tournaments for russian speaking community. In the past 1,5 years me and my friends hosted recurrent Age of Empires 2 tournament on goodgame.ru named Rusaoc Cup.
Now we decided to host a special tournament where best players from russian speaking community fight each other. Tournament has been separated on two stages: Qualification and Final Stage. Rules for both below.
Game version: patch 1.5R7 + Wololo Kingdoms 5.8.1
This stage was open for everyone but only two players can get to final stage.
Date: 7th October.
Format: Double Elimination. All matches BO1.
In pre-game chat every player ban 2 maps from pool. Match has been played on the last map left. First ban player with lower 1v1 rating on Voobly.
Players ban 3 civilizations to each other. So 28 civs left for each player. All games must be played with hidden civs settings on. Players may switch hidden score too if both agree.
In every match players have 3 games. For each won game player get one point. So he can get from 0 to 3 points per match.
When all mathes played we can name a winner. If tro players will have same number of points placement depends on their match result.
Date: 8-14 October
Format: Round Robin
Same map pool from qualification.
Game 1: Player with lower rating pick map(expect arabia)
Game 2: Player with higher rating pick map(expect arabia and picked map)
Game 3: Arabia.
