AOE-II CBA..won with unfair civs.

duh i played CBA .. with light, dnp, hellrazer (not hell_bitch, unless you are both the same, which i doubt) etc etc and i dont get into these discussions generally, i have my reservations about CBA, but i do play it, its fun sometimes, when RM games are hard to find etc etc

is not true. Micro wise, sure, CBA players are better no doubt, after all, thats the only thing you do the whole game.

RM players know as much, if not more about units, counters, civ bonus etc.

well my intention was just to enlighten those fags about cba not saying that rm players are noobs/cant use units.

the thing is, u have to use resource wisely , so obviously, u have create units wisely as well according to your eco.that way, u cannot create the units which u want to counter (when u are low on resource)..

Can't say Rm, Dm or CS require more or less skill, it's all dependent on the skill that the player applies to the game. It's purely based on bias and ignorance across the community.

I play CS and Rm. I play CS for the challenge since I prefer fast speed, high military micro and some macro.

I play Rm for fun, only at a 16xx-17xx level. If I wanted the challenge, I'd work on getting to 2k or higher (which could take ages).

Same Civ CBA isn't too bad (besides Maya wars...).

lmao, 'walling' is really a major thing in cba. either walling your enemy in or walling yourself.

u do walling in rm too,yes, but 'walling' in cba is different..well i m a noob in rm so better i stfu :D.

I agree rm is lot harder and requires more skill,sharpness than cba....but "Cba is for noobs" or "only noobs who dont know to play rm plays cba " is wrong!

Cba is probably best scenario ... u have to be fast enough to keep up with your allies/ enemies .. just play cba with pros then u guys will understand what i mean.

pooos ever played cba? ,.. its not that we use walls everytime, its just to block your enemy from getting castles. walling is stupid when they have all ranged units.

i rarely use walls, i also deletes my back gate to get rid of walls in base' sides... walling outisde gates is recommended so that your enemy wont get raze..(u get vills by razing )

Right!..they just hate to admit the truth. i dont play rm, so shud i say rm is for noobs?...there are other cs like pbh,udp... but i play only cba, my frnds sometimes invite me for udp, but when i do , i die so easily, i dont even understand how the **** i died!.. its really confusing in start.

but i never say cba is best scenario or pbh,udp etc are for noob...bcoz the fact is, i never tried those games!... so i dont deserve to say **** about other games than cba.

i m trying to play rm now a days, but if GR RMers are like these cocky guys, i dont think ill stick to rm ...or maybe ill stop playing it bcoz of those fags saying me noob and **** rather than guiding me.....

maybe I should change title to 'Cba vs RM'...lmao

Scenarios are useful for learning civs and combat strategies. In some scens, there are some tricks which players learn after years of playing RM.

@dragonflame: don't worry, there are not so many cocky guys on RM on GameRanger. Sure there's cocky guys around, but after you played a game with them and you notice they're pricks, just block them (I do the same and GR is a real enjoyable place like that)

Once you gathered people with the same funplaying mindset around you, you can really learn stuff together and become better at RM. That's how it worked for me anyways. I learned pretty much everything I know from the game on GR. First time I came to voobly my rate dropped to 1500 in one day of playing. After a month I came back to voobly and after a few games I got 1600 again. Then went back to gameranger and after a few months came back to voobly for some games and now I hit 1700

Anyways, just have fun and find people who have the same attitude. ^^

I played on Game Spy, when I came to Voobly about 4 months ago, my rate seriously dropped, and was 1420 just a month ago :lol: .
