Actually you said 1/(#of map seeds) squared.
It was correctly pointed out that the first map can be anything so, its really the probability of the second map being the same as the first. Which is 1/(#seeds).
Its very low, but then again the Pseudo-number generation algo are not perfect nd infact the most prone to hacking/compromosing in most security related protocols.. In AOC terms, they can get lamed
