I see no rule about accessing another user's account, someone show me such rules if they exist. The rule clearly states that the fault is on the one who is sharing their account, not on the one to whom the account is shared. BMyers is not at fault for accessing an account that was not his, given the password was provided to him by Zaid, unless you can find me some rules that state otherwise.
Clearly Zaid is the one who should be banned, and I believe he is not as of now. That being said, perhaps this rule should be applied evenly? For example I shared one of my accounts to another player in the past, TheViper did as well, and perhaps a few dozen other players from whom Metal bought accounts. That's just the notable examples I can think of. I'm confident that there are hundreds or even thousands of individuals who have at some point shared their account details with someone else

But there is indeed a question with how consistent Voobly has been with applying these rules.

If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Voobly immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Voobly will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Voobly or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time.
