First of all, I have to say I love the new saracens. Meme archers had to go, and I really like the extra hp on camels. It reinforce the camel identity of the civ, and make them a viable option.
That being said, are Saracens a good pocket civ? Their team bonus creates a great synergy with flank, but do they have what's necessary to be a pocket?
I mean, at the end, if you want acamel civ as pocket, you can go Indians (considering they do have a long term eco bonus). If you want a knight+camel you can go berbers (hell, you can even go Malians, why not?).
My question is, are zealotey camels enough to make them a pocket civ. Do the market bonus help them in their role as pocket?
I though about the idea of zealotry affecting knights too. that way they would get überknights, similar to cavaliers without blast furnace. That way you can go for both knights and camels in castle age (considering that, different to indians, saracens camels do not destroy buildings)
What's your opinion guys?
