The only thing I wanted from them is to repent what they did and sincerely apologize to the community. Ruit did it the other day and now dog did it too. I cannot exactly know what was on his mind while he was writing this apology, but for me, it is sincere enough. If the decision was on me, I would let them play.
As several have pointed out, they committed the crime on another tournament. They should be and must be punished by the staff of the concerning tournament. This WCL council has nothing to do with imposing punishments on them, to be honest. And all those discussion about 'punish them like this, punish them like that' are utterly ridiculous. The council is acting out of its boundary.
IMO, the only options this wcl staff have is to let them play or not to let them play, simple as that. If I committed a crime in a country and went to the another country for asylum, the next country cannot possibly punish me for what I did in previous country, but they have the choice to let me in or to deport me back. This analogy can be used in this case. They smurfed in another tournament,so it is for the staff of that tournament to punish them. They want to play in this wcl7, so it is for the organizers of wcl7 to decide to let them play or not, considering their past. If the council think they are good enough, let them play, or else, ban them. Simple.
But if guys dont really want to let them play before they have paid for what they did, what bugga said is appropriate movement in my opinion.
Ask Canary if he wants to punish them for smurfing in his tourney (hence stealing money), if he wants to punish them, let them not play, if he says lets forget the past, then let them play.

But the more we talk, the more I find all this stupid. We should just ask L_Clan_Canary what`s his opinion, and decide after that... I don`t know, deciding others` faith just sucks, and it won`t get any better. I`m just sorry they let themselves get into this situation, but here we are.
