Nomad play rate is rather low and yet it's still one of the returning maps. On 1650+ the play rate of nomad is even <1%
That's actually surprising. On Voobly it was probably the 3rd-most played map and on Voobly China maybe even the most-played one. I always saw lots of Chinese and Vietnamese players play it in the past. Maybe just many of them can't handle to run DE on their computers.Nomad play rate is rather low and yet it's still one of the returning maps. On 1650+ the play rate of nomad is even <1%
Also, I have the feeling that many people (i understood from polls, friends or personal experience) liked maps such as ghost lake, steppe, lombardia, valley, goldrush etc, but those maps are replaced after 1 month, while maps like megarandom, nomad and golden swamp are staying. I understand that it's nice to have a good variety of maps but when a majority of the people keeps banning those maps (talking about megarandom and nomad specifically) then does it really make sense to keep those permanently in the pool?I think nomad should make an appearance in the pool ever so often, just like water maps seem to rotate (islands, teamislands). Nomad can be in a rotating pool with Land nomad, steppe, pilgrims/decentring/settlers or any other non TC map
