These are in the language files. I think A.G.E.3 has a functionality to edit the language DLLs directly, but always make sure to back your stuff up since it's not 100% flawless.

The fish traps are used even less. What about their cost/gathering rate?
Edit: I actually think scorps are used less often because they're rather defensive weapons, not because of their (decent) pricing.
But, for defensive purposes, mangonels are much more effective. And Scorps are destroyed in seconds by them. Onagers even outrange Heavy Scorps.
Maybe their range could be increased so it would be the opposite (Scorps that outrange Mangonels).
Or add another tech in the Scorp line, after HS (Siege Scorps?).

scorpoins main use is in TGs with trade, not in 1vs1 fights; if u have some trade, your not immediately gg if u lose a hand full scorps... but in 1vs1 it's very, very risky
and i warn u scorps with ballistic could be as OP as mangs with ballistic. Ever thought about a constant ground attack option (mean the scorp/mang shoots continously on a specific place)? This would scorps really beef up.
Scorpions(unless upgraded to Heavy Scorpion) are rarely used at all, I agree +1 attack for Scorpions sounds decent to at least make them an option a bit in Castle Age.Any improvement scorps should get is IMO, +1 attack, only for normal scorps. HS upgrade is not that costly and the fact that it doesnt cost gold comes in handy.
Ballistics will give a severe blow to anti-scorp tactics, like approaching with an angle instead of head on vs a mass scorp army. If any single improvement makes scorps in imp OP its got to be this.Ballistics won't make them OP, that's unfounded legends as it will only give Scorpions more precise against fast moving units.
