I see that every year aoc is played better. Many players are closer and closer to perfection, thing that leads sometimes to make luck decide the winner, lately i had seeing very unconstant results against top players (sometimes x wins y 4-0, then y wins x 4-0, lets add factors like being tired, etc), althought most of the times asociates to a bad decision or move (still, could had being a bad move because of bad luck).
I personally risk a lot, so luck is a important factor in my gameplay. Guys like Daut try to reduce luck factor as much as possible everygame.

Viper lose to a total noob. Why? The total noob did what "should be done" by books. Viper tried to risk and he lost because he was unlucky (map was close migra and he went through long way while upping very fast) His strat might had worked in normal migra and MUCH better in this migra, but he lost because he picked the wrong way. If he scouted with a fisher, he would have reduced the luck factor but lost some food that against a good player could had costed him the game (since wonder is a noob, he should had scouted and not try to play so close to perfection, but i guess he was trying to humillate him). I didnt see the rec btw 11.
Other big luck factor is map. How important is map nowadays to decide the winner between top players in same level, like 20%?- It would be bigger % in the future? AoFE should do something about this, what do you think?. More expensive walls would reduce luck factor or increase it?. Discuss :evil: .
