Method used
For the ranking of nominees, a following method was used:
First place votes in the community voting resulted in 10 points, 2nd place votes in 6 points, while 3-5th places account for 3,2 and 1 points respectively. Then, scores were summarized, and scaled down so that the total off all community points given is 400. This accounts for 40% of total score, as the votes of experts used the same method, but was scaled for a total of 600 points. Votes submitted by expert players (e.g. Hera), casters (e.g. T90) and respected community members (e.g. Dave) were involved for the latter.
If an expert was involved in a certain category (e.g. T90 in 1v1 tournaments), the given expert’s vote in that category was not counted.
Below in the graphs, blue data accounts for the points from the community’s votes, and red for the experts’ votes. The sum of scores can be seen in the end of each bar, alongside the experts’ score (red).
Willis_35 was responsible to make sure that votes/results were not altered by me by any means.
