It isn't the sight of birds I'm having problem with, it is their awful sound. Hearing owls or something in the background, getting to be obnoxious. I will test removing different mods I have on and see if it works.
Question: In the game mod center in the "visual or content" mods section of settings, what mod/s/ interferes with the No Birds Mod?
I will list what I have on my settings selected currently:
AoK Music, Bigger Cursor, Black Arrows, Delightful Grid Terrains No Snow, Fixed Wall Foundations...
