I want to discuss these suggestions with you; because many of these civs seem unbalanced and need some tweaks, so what do you think about these suggestions?
**Sicilians**
* Town centers and castles build 50% faster (was 100%).
* Their bonus (units take 50% less damage vs other military bonuses) is so strong, so imo it should be reduced to 30% or 25%.
* First crusade now gives only 15 Serjeants from 3 TCs.
* Hauberk give their knight line +1/+1 or only +0/+1 (was +1/+2).
**Burgundians**
* Eco upgrades cost less 30% food (was 50%).
* Flemish revolution now make vills militia but can't produce vills after that from TCS, and if this not possible then only from 1 TC, or player lose all his resources in stockpile after this tech.
* Coustillier charge attack reduced to 20 (was 25).
* Coustilier training time increased to 21s (was 15s).
* Gun powder units deal 15% more damage (was 25%). I prefer to remove this bonus completely, I mean why do they even need this bonus for their gun powder units?! It is a weird bonus for a weird design civ.
**Lithuanians**
* Now start with +100 food (was +150).
* Litits no more ignore melee armor, but only 50% of the armor. This unit is so broken in melee fight with their bonus and it is already cheap.
* Each relic gives +1 attack (max 4) but in castle age it will be capped in +2 whatever how many relics you have.
**The 3 mesos**:

* Eagles food cost increased to 30F (was 20F).
* Starting eagle no more able to garrison in TC.
**Incas**
* Team bonus changed to: Farm upgrades instantly add food to farms.
**Aztecs**
* Every Monastery upgrade give monks +3hp (was +5).
* Team bonus changed to: Relics generate more 25% gold (was 33%).
**Mayans**
* Now start with -100F and -50W.
* Resources last 10% longer (was 15%).
**Chinese**
* No more access to heavy camel upgrade.
* Technologies 5%, 10%, 15% cheaper in feudal, castle, imp.
**Teutons**
* Knight line receive only +1 melee armor not +2 (or make their +2 melee armor a UT ; their knights are so strong.in melee fight with free +2 melee armors even if they lack Husbandry, the camel raiders and pikes and many civs struggle against them with their tanky infantry and tanky knights and they have resistance to conversion like having faith for free which make monks vs them is not a viable option. This civ already have tons of bonuses.
**Byzantines**
* Camel Riders, Skirmishers, and the Spearman lines are 15% cheaper (was 25%). Their spam is ridiculously strong and insane with the 25% discount especially in early feudal and seems to be unbalanced tbf, or maybe the bonus should be 15% feudal, 20% castle, 25% imp.
**Franks**
* Castles no more 25% cheaper and back to normal cost.
* Heavy plaw and crop no more free.
**Cuman**
* Stables cost 125W, but archery ranges back to normal cost.
* Kipchak ROF reduced to 2.
