So I had some concerns regarding the streaming policy of the Mangrove Shallows Cup. I posted them in the group in the feedback and discussion thread. The rules and settings said that it was only allowed to message Memb directly but I think this is a discussion that should be open to everyone and not hidden in private messages.
It did get deleted though (which I guess is fine, it says they don't want to have feedback about it there) but I think this is something that concerns everyone.

Regarding the the streaming policy: I won't comment on the fee for people with higher sub numbers but only about a streaming fee for people with less than 50 subs. 25$ for people below 50 subs is just a really bad idea in my opinion! This communtiy started with small streams. All the big streamers started small and did it out of passion for the game. They didn't have to pay fees. And now we want people with possibly only 5 subs to pay 25$? If we want the community and the game to grow we shouldn't make it harder for new people to start streaming. With this fee people will get turned of to stream the game. And I'd argue that for a healthy community it should be possible for new bigger streamers to emerge but also to just for casual streamers to have easy access to the game. I don't like that big streamers now apparently have the option to drive smaller streamers away with their monopoly over the tournaments.
