Say for example there is a villager war with dock builders in nomad.#13. a NO fighting is allowed until the 1st Town Center (TC) of both players involved in fighting is up - this includes using vils and/or other units to attack.
Why isn't this allowed before TCs are done?
How do you know when enemy TC is finished?
What if you want to villager fight someone whose TC is finished, but yours is not done yet?
Walling doesn't involve "fighters", just "builders". Again, how would you know when enemy TCs are done so you can wall? Sometimes you need to wall before TC is done ie. to protect your food. Exactly what kind of walling is not allowed before TC is done: just walling that traps enemy player without room to build a TC I guess?#13. b Walling is NOT allowed until the 1st Town Center of both fighters is up.
What other building could they make, and why is it not allowed? (Barracks already out of the question by #13.a)#13. c In Land Nomad, Lumber camp MUST always be the first building of all players
So the strategy of TC dropping is not allowed? Pity, it's sometimes useful in LN. Surely TC fighting is allowed in castle and imperial ages?#13. e Town Center fighting is NOT allowed at all.
A stuck villager = a villager that cannot be moved to the same spot as the player's other villagers. It's only the rare case when a villager is trapped in 1 space that he can't be moved at all.#14. In all the Land Nomad, Nomad and MegaRandom games, if a player starts with a stuck villager (can't be moved)...
What if the team wants to play with a trapped villager? Why are they forced to restart? As for time, there should be something like 2 minutes from when the trapped villager is discovered by the player for the team to decide if they want to save and exit or not. Waiting 5 minutes would fully reveal how good of a start the opponents had if you are watching the scores.... they must say so within first 5 minutes of the game, and the game MUST be restarted.
I didn't bother reading the rest of the rules but I guess most of them are probably as poorly written and unnecessary and complex. Someone else will have to look into those.
Why does WCL staff want to be babysitters of grown adults? Get a job...!#12. Every participant must respect their opponent. Bad behavior (determined by staff who use common sense)....
