Thought I'd post this while the steam sale is still going on:
As some of your might know, I'm working on updating the WololoKingdoms mod, which allows you to play the HD Expansions on the CD version/voobly. That should be released as soon as Userpatch 1.5 is available on Voobly.
To run it, you will need to own HD and its expansions. If you don't own all expansions, civs of DLCs that you don't own and and civs of any DLCs released later will not be available to you. That means:
If you don't own the forgotten DLC, you can't use this mod
If you don't own AK, you will only have access to aoc and fe civs (regardless if you own Rise of the Rajas or not)
If you don't own Rise of the Rajas, you won't have access to AoR civs.
In multiplayer, all players need to choose from the smallest common civ pool, so if one player only owns FE, all players will have to play aoc and fe civs.
Therefore, I would recommend getting all DLCs while they're on sale to make things less complicated while setting up games, but at the very least you need to own HD+FE.
I wish I would be able to implement a better system, but this is the only one that still makes it possible for players without all DLCs to play the mod.
