Honestly, I'm fairly certain that these 3rd party sites aren't too reliable either. What you see on AoE2.net seems to be nearly the limit of what you can 'reliably' get from poor DE's API, and that's stil with putting lots of resources into tracking everything live.This is a pity that Age of Empires II official website doesn't provide reliable civ stats, and that we have to rely on third-party sites.
It shouldn't be that hard/long to create. I guess it will come later.

Civ stats should be viewable by map in combination with rating.
Super short games should be omitted.
Large rating difference games should be omitted.

@jerbot thanks for the information! Are mirrors also excluded for civ pick stats? That would mean that the actual Persian pick rate must be way higher because that would exclude a lot of Medi and Nomad Persian mirrors.
