How about a button to rotate gates before you place them? It's very annoying to have to place them in a hurry while they keep getting into undesireable angles.
From what I noticed, warwolf makes your trebuchets deal splash similar to bombard cannon, with the disadvantage of the slow fire rate of trebuchets, but the added bonus of 17 range (with siege engineers) so you can snipe clumped enemy units.

It's difficult to survive long enough with Koreans, but if you do, pretty much nothing can stop onagers+wagons+halbs/hcs. Even Saracens with mamelukes+onagers are going to suffer.
