I think that is a nice Bonus: -250f + and faster move f.e. Hit and Run very helpful. But that can be get OP, so must get their Cavallry Lagg +20 HP like Mongols Cav. Archer losin +1/+2 as a Cavallry Archer Civ.

Huns vs Goths? That case is a good example for Civs they need some Boost against Infantry. Ok their Knights are very Powerful to Beat Huskarls Easier but All their fast create Infantry+Gunpowder+Skorpions makes Goths for Huns Unstopable
