would be AWESOME
but at such a late time I don't think any work on more campaigns (especially a huge undertaking like that) is left. But steam has the workshop integrated so mb the users will make some themselves :)
9.99 is reasonable to me, but around here the minimum wage itself is 7.25/hr. I expect in other countries that is ridiculously high?
My problem is I have other issues to deal with besides gaming right now, but it's still a fun hobby. beats playing chess
Vikings.. they're the easier civ to play than huns for me
Spanish.. faster building seems to help me, plus their army is not anything to scoff at
Britons are so simple but I like them
Franks are also simple, but same.
Huns are fun in DM, but I feel disdain for them in RM.
I sort of like...
EEW suck, I mean I hate seeing them, they kill everything if it's like Surprise!
easily countered by FU champs.. but I don't keep champs in base.
Go huskarls! Can get past castles. Mangudai. umm.. champs.
I think Carlos is right. 5% speed boost for the line, LS +5 HP, THS +1 attack, just went with the simplest solution myself (1 melee armor).
phillipe the champion is not quite like the previous sword lines
also elite huskarl losing to elite eagle is funny, doesn't matter since Goths get so many...
M@a
longswordsmen
two hand swordsmen
How do you use them?
What will make them better? On Arabia, or other typical maps
Extra just for fun. how do i embed youtube?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjT4JepA-Vc
Cysion mentions using infantry in Castle more in the big balance topic. (He also...
how about longboats that can transport troops?
for a new korean team bonus - koreans have good defenses. in game and out of game. share that (They were good archers, had tons of stone and fortified their country.)
+1 range can be moved to Shinkichon
Team Bonus - Villagers garrisoned in Towers...
if increase their speed increase their cost too? Tarkans
Two things I want to ask about
• Villagers can drop shore fish off at the dock
Would be useful
• Getting across water in the Dark Age. And Feudal Age galley spam-fare (I hesitate to call it warfare)
is there any consensus on this yet?
Raiding in Imperial is not like Feudal or Castle age to me. Armies, towns too big. but yes Goths can raid! Aztecs and Mayans too.. and maybe some Celts. good call
NOW I see how it could be OP.
you mentioned TC getting razed. I don't see that happening, but what I do see is just as bad.
From the defenders viewpoint: Every unprotected building around your base would be in constant danger of being razed, and if you didn't keep your gold you have lost - no...
Re: Poll: Can Japanese and Vikings can play "Goth-like"?
Well, when I think Goth like Castle Age, I think huskarls, swords, pikes, and bloodlined knights. also some xbows, maybe some rams. Aggressive.
In Imp you take all your infantry out to use, but goths have a second optional army of cannon...
and that is why i specified no celts (also goths, japs but forgot viks) in op :)
i know they will do that. i did not know the latter, thought it was longer - I suppose they will have to defend it better.
Well there's the thing with m@a line, I don't want them for raiding. that's why scouts and archers and even skirmishers exist. i want them for smashing stuff. knights do both, but they cost a lot.
right now only champs do it right.
I only play Huns decently when I play DM. Don't like them on RM, I'm not a fan of cavalry archers. reminds me of those Chariot archers from AOE. (Hill country Assy chariot archer spam)
I still don't think LS would be exceptional (OP) in Feudal. It turns swordsmen into the brute force weapon I...
