of course we will move on.
however, imho when you come to a public forum and make a post to call nili a jerk (based entirely on you not hearing him correctly), and repeatedly double down on your claim despite clear proof of you being incorrect, the decent thing would seem to admit you were...
or perhaps you simply have a weird obsession with hera since more than half your posts either complain about him directly or are some kind of passive aggressive dig at him.
I think the point isn't that it's more competitive in terms of a bunch of different people winning tourneys, but rather the quality of play is higher. Build orders, draft strategies, planned strategies, in game strategies/adjustments, and micro has improved across the board.
And it seems a bit...
yodalamm may actually not be lying. if he kept it on mute the entire time.
but yea casters and players have constantly made comments and jokes about how awful the pathing and teleporting issues are. nearly every set ive seen has had some kinds of comments.
death of aoezone? stuff like this
poster(s) A: a streamer who i previously respected did something dishonest. my image of him is blown, that he would intentionally take advantage of people!
poster(s) B: he explained that it wasnt intentional at all, he made a mistake and admitted to it...
didnt happen. facts were pointed out that there absolutely has been criticism on pathing. cases were presented by both sides, and when it became a matter of opinion on whether that criticism was sufficient or not, there was agreement to disagree.
didnt happen. i dont understand why you...
you seriously think a video crapping on pathing should take anywhere near as long as doing a discussion of patch notes involving balance changes, new civs, etc... ?
yep it's probably just best to agree to disagree on that one.
he said "don't" or "very meekly"
not sure how frequent videos, shorts, and regular complaints on stream are "don't" or "very meekly", but if that's meek in your opinions, then so be it. still doesn't change the fact that being this critical while not knowing what goes on behind the scenes is...
the very root of our discussion is that you are were being critical of the pros for not saying anything, while also stating "I have not seen any pro player making youtube video of pathfinding issue"
but its been pretty well documented in this thread that they have done both of those things...
yes, because the middle of a major tournament broadcast is the best place to further air out grievances that are already well documented and have been complained about by the entire pro scene basically every day since the patch last came out.
my "assumptions" are based on a known history that...
grieving is one thing
accusing hera, t90 and viper when making these decisions of destroying the scene, not giving a flip about the fans and nonsense like that is excessive, unnecessary and simply untrue.
okay true. fair enough.
however, a deeper and more widespread pool of talent would absolutely benefit the scene more. adding more pro-level players in general, and from a wider variety of countries (like USA, south korea, etc...) would be great, and would help more than simply having hera and...
regardless, you still have absolutely no idea whatsoever of their private communication with devs, which would be the most "official" and "direct" way to address it.
to just assume they don't seems ridiculous, when they have openly talked about communicating with devs.
