I think the best way would be this:
i only have to disagree with the one trick players. I mean if you know how to play all 37 civ on arabia i would not call such a player a one-trick-pony. For some people its more fun to play different maps, some others like to play one map an vary the civ...

I don't understand that point in many ways:
1) Sometimes it takes caster 1 or 2 min to find the lobby or fix their stuff, so it's ok if there doesnt happen to much at the beginning of a tournament game.

Interesting question. From my point of view, I'm fine with walling in general and with archer civ with no mobility it seems absolutely necessery to me. Once I learned to also play more defensive and boom focused if my opponent emphasized much walling, it's not so frustrating anymore than wasting...
