As I said before those are suggestions, which means I don't say I want all of them to be done, just what it may fit the situation and make the balance better. I suggested some nerfs before for Hindus and Gurjaras in a separate topic so I won't write them here too.

My suggestions about nerfing top tier civs which they have a very big gap between them and other civs and have many bonuses that make the game play unfair. I will write some topics about buffing some weak civs later.
1-Cumans
Some of you now will say: "OMG! Does this civ need a nerf?!". Yes it does and here is why.
This civ have 2nd TC snd siege in feudal, but this was not a problem until the last buff that the devs gave to them, which was the cheaper stables and ranges buildings. How did this make them broken? Because before this bonus, the player should make a decision, either to boom or fight, he can't do both! But now he can! With having cheaper military buildings Cumans push and boom became a cancer. Actually the player now can just ignore the 2nd TC and do more with the cheaper buildings. For example they can directly drop 2 or 3 ranges super ez and put pressure and at the same time get the 2nd TC and boom behind, or they can make that cancer strat with rams and archers push and it is so hard to stop (Look here for example about Viper last upload about Cumans rams and archers push vs SongSong https://youtu.be/kxUWK9SQVlo ).
So what should we do?
Cumans should simply lose this buildings bonus discount and give them something else, or just make this discount for stables only but not the ranges.
2-Britons
I think they don't need any explanation about how they are broken, but I would start with their team bonus and make it 10% instead of 20%. However, the +1 range in castle age is still a major problem to deal with, I wonder if removing it and even the imp one too and giving them free fletching, bodken and bracer would be better, but lets start with the team bonus for now and cut it to 10%.
3-Huns
One of the highest picked civs and one of most famous civs and one of the top winrates civs at all elos. The civ is so flexible, cheap dirt CA, no houses, Xbows, half chivalery for free for their stables since they work 20% faster, FU Hussar and FU Paladin; actually it is really laughable and ironic how a barabaric nomadic dark age civ have all this stuff add to this tanky UU kill buildings and more accuracy for their trebs, on top of that the no house bonus which is top tier bonus that make them sp everything without being worried to get housed.
What should we do?
IMO, Huns should lose Paladin upgrade or maybe the xbow upgrade, and their half Chivalrey bonus for their stables should be reduced to 15% or 10% instead of 20%. On the other hand their discount in CA especially in imp it too hight, maybe from 20% down to 15% or just make 10% for both castle and imp.
4-Chinese
A civ that have everything, discount on all techs and wide tech tree and great start with 3 vills (which is actually +2 considering their tough start) and have tons of options.
What should it be?
The tech discount need a nerf, make the discount 5%, 10%, 15% instead of 10%, 15, 20%.
Their tech tree may need some nerfs and weaknesses, for example they should lose the heavy camel upgrade and the heavy cav archer upgrade.
